Legal Terms and Conditions
Warranty
- All products sold by Waterworx Pools Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. Waterworx Pools Ltd is not responsible for any repairs or replacements outside the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Manufacturer warranties do not cover labour costs. Any labour charges for warranty-related work are the responsibility of the customer.
- All installations performed by Waterworx Pools Ltd are covered by a 30-day installation warranty.
Title Retention Clause
All products sold and/or installed by Waterworx Pools Ltd shall remain the property of Waterworx Pools Ltd until all associated costs, including the full purchase price and any applicable installation fees, have been paid in full.
Payments
- Any product sold (and installed) by Waterworx Pools Ltd remains the property of Waterworx Pools Ltd until full payment is received.
- Customers have a maximum of 10 days to pay the outstanding invoice balance.
- After the 10-day period, a 1% daily interest will be applied to the total outstanding amount.
Quotes
- All quotes and pricing provided by Waterworx Pools Ltd are valid for seven (7) days only.
Returns and Refunds
- Products that have been opened or installed are not eligible for return.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in its original packaging and returned within seven (7) days of purchase.
